Butter Cookies
* 2 1/3 cups flour
* 1 cup butter
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 egg
-Mix all together, roll out onto a floured work surface, cut into your favorite shapes and bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned on a greased cookie sheet.
-Frost with your favorite icing or powdered sugar and milk.
