Lately I have gotten many inquiries about the girls bathroom, how it is going and if it is done. The answer is it is going but still not done. I thought I would go ahead and post some new pics so everyone can see that we are nearing the end. I will say that it should definitely be finished by the end of the month which will be a nice anniversary gift for us both. With this long weekend Cory should be able to hopefully get the last bit of sanding done on the walls and get started on the floor. He wants to do the tiling around the tub/shower first, but I say get the floor in so I can paint and we can get the sink and toilet back in working order while he does the rest of the tiling. Can you say mommy is done sharing her bathroom with two little ones. Every time I open my medicine cabinet something falls and nearly hits me in the head.
In April- with sofette, old tub and horrible flooring
Now- sofette gone, new tub and new flooring underway, poor Cory there was rotten areas around the toilet so he had to rip up the old sub floor and put in new!
April- Plumbing for only one sink and there was god awful lights.
Now- Plumbing for two sinks and new lighting
April- Old tub and wall gone
Now- New tub and wall back!
Wow, huge improvement already! Even thought it takes a while, think of all the money you are saving by having an incredibly handy hubby.
